I´ve heard that I can buy from other members on Specktra, but I can´t find where ...? How do I find the sellers? I´m new at this, but I know I need to post 10 posts before I get to buy anything...but where do i find it? Thank you for a great forum!!!

I just wonder what it means, I saw on the swatch-thread from the "honey-collection" that you mention the pics of the highlighters with or without overspray. What does this means? Btw, I´m really new at writing here, so please have patience with me if you think my question is stupid...
