i finally hit 20 posts but have only been a user for 3 days..i thought that the feature would only be enabled once i have met all the requirements..should i still wait the 2 days before trying to buy items? or can i start now?

so for the rules it says that you need to have at least 20 valid posts and be a member for at least 5 days..i'm new here and was wondering if there was a counter as to how many posts you've made. also..it says that once you meet the requirements wait one hour before accessing the clearance...
