1930s Shanghai look with period hair and props

This look was for my company's Christmas dinner, whose theme was Shanghai Nights. I made the birdcage veil by hand one evening, and the hair took two hours at the salon, which was crusted SOLID by the combo of mousse, gel, and hairspray! Makeup-wise I kept it simple so it wouldn't compete with everything else.

Pardon the lip edges, took these pics at the end of the night

Dang my Asian monolids, you can't see any of the eye makeup properly.

So Scarlet l/s topped with Russian Red l/s

Grain e/s all over lid
Blanc Type e/s on browbone
Boot Black liquid liner for the wing and tightline
Some Quo fake lashes
Majolica Majorca mascara
