Blues look really good on you! I don't know if Carnival is the glitter I'm seeing, but I would only suggest adding a highlight and blending out the blue around the top a bit more.

Thanks for the tip. The carnival isn't a glitter.
I actually did use MAC's naked as a highlight, I forgot to mention that.
