are these guenuine?

hello, i'm new to this board...
i saw those fluidlines on ebay... can you tell if they are genuine or not?

i asked the seller why the box on the pic stated 'blacktrack' when it's supposed to be 'nightfish', she told me she couldn't be bothered to take a pic of 'nightfish' when she already had a pic of 'blacktrack' and that both colours are very similar and it didn't make a big difference.

too bad i live in belgium and there's no mac store here, the only way i can get mac stuff is ebay...

They look real to me, that's definitely what Sweet Sage looks like and I agree that in a picture, Nightfish would look pretty similar to Blacktrack and I could see where a seller would be lazy and use the same picture haha
