Are these shears good for at home trims?

I have light face framing layers at my chin, and then I like to keep the rest of my hair long with long layers. Would these shears be good just to upkeep my shorter layers length at home? Like just for lil trims every month? Or am I better off with regular trimming shears? Since they have teeth I'm thinking they may be good for easily trimming a nice blended look around my face, what do you think?

I trim my bangs and crown in between visits from my hairdresser as well. I used to use a cheap pair of thinning shears very similar to the Eclipse. My hair is very coarse and thick and they lost their edge very quickly. My hairdresser and I decided we would go for Saki Makoto Student Hairdressing Shears Set and now she and I are able to thin and cut my hair without any tugs due to the bluntness of the shears! Pure bliss.
