Belgian Pro card

Is it possible to get a pro card if you live in Belgium?
i've asked this in the pro card FAQ thread too ,but they dont know...

so any "Belgium" pro card holders here who can give some more info maybe?

I don't have one myself but I suggest you call the store in Antwerp. They're really friendly over there and are best placed to help with this. The no is 03 226 33 74
