How many of you have this and what are your thoughts on it? Like it? Love it? HATE it?
I just bought it because I want to try something different as far as primers go. And I HEARD this was a great one. I have yet to use it on my face.

What do you think?

Just okay? Is it better than MAC Prep & Prime or even the Smashbox Primer?
I bought it because its not gel or creamy. You can use a sponge to swipe it on. Hmmm

I love it!! It's great as a primer or a skin smoother.
I think it's especially good if you have large pores but don't like the thicker products. This is alot ligher feeling than other skin smoothers.

My makeup faded faster than if I had not worn anything under it at all. I like a primer that fills in fine lines. It did not do a good job of controlling oil either.

this product was super confusing. i hated it. it broke me out, felt weird on my skin and just god awful. it was confusing because it didnt really come with a description of how to use it, all it said was use under makeup or over. i was a sucker bc anything in a cute container that said "matte" sold me. its like a weird cake in a tin with a sponge. it was kind of a gel, kind of powerdy too....it just generally felt awkward on my skin. then i put foundation on top and it made it feel worse. then i tried reversing it - makeup then blotting with the dr feelgood, but that jsut got the sponge all yucky. when it broke me out, i called it quits figuring out this enigma.

Too waxy. I bought it because, as Ivy put it above, I'm a sucker for anything in pretty packaging. I didn't break out or anything, but it felt like rubbing a candle on my face when putting it on. Also, the sponge gets gross when you use this stuff over your make-up. I'd much prefer using a mineral powder primer or Smashbox Photofinish Primer. And if you're using moisturizers or eye creams that already fill out pores or lines, there's really no point in using this.

I'm going to throw mine away because the pan is gross from make-up residue.

I like to use it as a foundation primer. I just scrape the product with the back of my (clean) nail and apply allover. I really enjoy the smell! Its not my favorite primer because I really like silky/jelly-like primers like Smashbox's Photofinish, but I really do like it. It doesn't break me out at all. I don't know if I'd buy it again, not because I don't like it, but because I just like Smashbox better. I bought Dr. Feelgood because I wanted a cheaper alternative to Smashbox Photofinish Primer.

Edit: I'm an idiot because after using for a couple of months it broke me out. Me no likey no more! lol.

Couldn't agree more with you, I HATED it.

I was at Macy's a couple years back and they put some of that on me; it made my skin so, so smooth. I was (and still am) disgustingly frugal, and I didn't use makeup too often, so I didn't get it. I really liked it though.

quite icky actually. it looks good on the skin but it doesn't actually feel comfortable. sometimes it tends to flake off when I put foundation and all over it. it really dries up my dry complexion. so yeah... not a very good product. probably impressive when you use it but it gets gross after awhile. the main ingredient is cornstarch. eck

I have been using it now and I actually love it. It doesn't feel greasy. It makes my skin soft and its easy to put on makeup. I guess it depends on your skin?

it's an extremely misleading product; they advertise it as a mattifying BALM. that should be the first hint. it's a balm; it's full of oils and waxes, so it's not unlikely that it would make your makeup move around, or break out the skin, or feel greasy if you're touching up with it. i've gotten them like 6 times in gratis, and i always give mine away or even toss it out, it's not a decent product IMO.

I worked for Benefit for a year. We used it as a primer on people with oily skin. You can wear it under make up to prep the skin. It has tea tree and vitamins in it. Also has cornstarch in it to soak up oil. You can use it as an oil absorber over make up as well. Personally I found it a bit odd. I wouldn't use it on myself. It seems to be quite thick and I would say clogs the pores...

yeah, but what good is tea tree oil and vitamins if you're masking those ingredients with waxes and fillers...tsk tsk on them. to be truthful, the only thing i dig from benefit is their bad gal lash mascara and the new lipsticks.

I'v been using it and its pretty greasy. But I only use it because I don't want it to go to waste. I would never buy it again though. :\ I actually mix it with my Monistat Chafing gel and it works better.
