Hi Ladies,

This is my first FOTD here. CC is welcome. I did this while I was in Las Vegas (I wouldn't normally go out like this).

And here's my new favorite necklace:

This is a nice look, however, I think the highlight under your brows is a bit too frosty. This isn't your everyday look so I guess thats ok. and WHERE did you get that necklace?!!! Its so cuuute!!
