Okay, so i'm all about the nude makeup right now, and i've been trying to find a blush that is that sheer, brownish color, almost like its not even there

I definitely recommend Emote blush from the Smoke Signals collections. It's a mat taupey brown, perfect for contouring. If you want a warmer colour, try Mac Golden bronzer.

i recommend a matte blush if you want a completely nude look (i use tantone but i think it's dc'd). i also have sunbasque which is pretty good but i use it more for a blush than for a contour

Nars Zen or Sertao if you are medium skinned,Nico if you are a light skinned person, its a nude blush. Edie or Nepal or Cairo or Blondie Nars shadow and Honolulu Honey lipstick a fabulous nude that doesn't look like concealor!

i recommend Buff, it's matte , the description is peachy pink but it's a very natural colour (like natural flush..)

You definately want a matte blush for this look. Try Emote from Smoke Signals or I even use Soft Brown eyeshadow for this look. I believe that is what they used on Pamela Anderson on the Viva Glam postcard.
