I hope I'm posting this in the right spot, but is anyone going to the MAC pro store in Union square?? If so, could anyone PRETTY PLEASE do a CP for me for the dresscamp collection? I called and they won't ship for me, and my friend back home (near SF) cannot go to the store that day

From what I've heard some of it is already sold out there. I heard the palette is. They only got six of those, it was a very limited Limited edition evidently.

FYI: Oops, I was wrong. They haven't sold out, but they only have six palettes total, so unless you're there ASAP when they open, they'll be sold out very quickly. This is why they aren't reserving them for anyone or shipping them. I hope they are at least limiting them one per customer, so people have a chance to get at least one of these.
Will anyone be camping out for Dresscamp then?

that seems highly unlikely since it is 1 of the 2 places in the united states to receive the collection. and if its true, then thats really effed up on MAC's part.

Actually it doesn't seem that unlikely to me. Remember this is a very small collection ala Y & Kei and Zandra Rhodes. I imagine that inventory is very limited for this collection. I do hope they stock the lippies, but I doubt it will happen.

What happened was they were suppose to get more, but corporate only sent them 6. Their unsure why and has emailed corporate. But believe they aren't getting any more. *shrugs* but there was a long line today. and they turned away people for it.

I called them this morning too and the man told me that everything was all sold out except for a few face palettes. I really wanted the lippie and the Too Fab l/g!!

they(sf store) told me it sold out in 10 mins and they r not gettin' more.

yea i tried to call and have them hold items for me. but they were already sold out. bye the way for future.....they said they would ship to us for seven dollors any state just FYI. ladies. this was the SF union sq store.

watch it now....the launch dates arnt always on point...mac has been releasing collection this year a week to 2 weeks early.so call ahead...all collections usually launch on thursdays but they are online monday nights is not tuesday for sure.you can start placing a phone order on tuesdays even thought the collection isnt set to launch till thursdays.

usually comming up to a launch the counter/stores are a little slow unless you know its xmas time so they will do whatever it takes to hype up the buisness. and putting new items out it a BIG HIT...trust me

you mean the Union Street store. there is no Pro store in Union Square.
