cleaning the 187 brushes..

ok so i use two 187 brushes.. and i try to wash them at least every week. but lately ive been seeing the white bristles are being stained by my makeup. is there anyway to keep them white (or whiter..lOl)?
or is that just how its gonna be, til i buy a new one..

I wash mine every 2/3 days. I place mild shampoo in the center of my palm, than swirl it around and rinse it, do it again, do it again with my conditioner, and it is as good as new. I use it every day for 5 months now.

I use shampoo and swirl it around in the palm of my hand, rinse and repeat until all the gunk is gone. I usually wash it every other day.

I washed mine last night with Perfection brush cleaner (from Walgreens)and it got mine spotless ...and it was filthy! I just used about 6 drops of cleanser by repeat washing and rinsing it. I'm really pleased I didn't fork out for the MAC brush cleaner.

i spot clean mine every night and deep clean 1x/week.
but im also kind of obsessed with maintaining my brushes.
