Counterfeit Goldenaire pigment?! [with pictures]

Now I've got myself up into a hype about my pigment. I bought it off of a girl from livejournal who i'm sure has a name here too. It was BNWOB. But the odd thing is even if the jar looks different, the color looks exactly[underline that] just like a sample i got from mrs_kloo here! Am I over reacting?

the Vanilla pigment is from a free-standing store.
the Goldenaire pigment is the one I am questioning.
the Melon pigment I just received from pink_minx on here and am just using as a another comparison.

The things I'm worried about is the text on the front being a little high. And to note, the batch numbers on the bottom are;;

Vanilla=A75
Goldenaire=A95
Melon=AA5

I dunno about the text being too high or not, but you said the color/texture were good, right? As far as the font goes, it looks correct.

What about on the little plastic cover on the inside....does it have a number printed on it? If it does, I'd say you're pretty safe (but then
again, I'm no expert on these sort of things)

Oh wait....did it come in a box? You might want to compare that as well for peace of mind.

All three are in genuine pots so I reckon you're safe there.

Oh yeah...I pulled out my pigments today to check on this (all were bought at a MAC location or given to me in gratis)....and the text is at different heights in some of them. So again, I'm pretty sure you're safe.

thanks for checking on it for me! i'm glad. lately i felt like i had saw a lot more fake pigment complaints and hope that i wasn't one of them!
