Custom Title

How do I get one of those custom title doo-hickeys? I thought it was once you posted a certain number, but now I'm confuzzled. Bahh.

I found it, but when I try to enter anything, it won't let me keep it there. It erases it and like refreshes the page? When I hit submit, it takes me right back to the top of the page and erases the box. Hmm.

One of the admins or other moderators should be able to fix it. Sorry I wasn't of more help.
