did select coverup break me out?

just wondering if anyone has broken out from the MAC concealers or foundations?

my skin was clearing up, and then i started using select coverup and it is worse than ever!

i cant see whether this product is oil-free, it doesent say on the website.

is it possible that select coverup broke me out?

I get breakouts from studiofix, it's just what your skin reacts to I guess

It's definitely a possibility. I've broken out from MAC stuff, despite it being oil-free. The worst offender for me was their tinted moisturizer. My skin gets so bumpy if I use it.

It could be that some of MAC's face stuff has things like rice starch in it (I am pretty sure the tinted moisturizer does), which can attract bacteria to your pores and cause pimples.

In any case, I'd say just stop using it and find a different product once your skin goes back to normal.

i broke out with select coverup after 3 days of using it to cover some little spots on my skin, i got a HUGE cystic pimple that hurt like a mofo and wouldn't go aftr 3 or 4 days...so maybe, funny thing is, i can use this under my eyes, but not on my cheeks or forehead or I'll get cystic breakouts.

definitly.. i have the same problem. I started using select cover up on my eyelids and i noticed i have 3 small bumps on them.. grrrrr! even the msfs made my skin break out a little! now i only use MAC face products on special occasions =[
