I'm afraid I don't know anything about the designer or site, but wow is that dress pretty! I would actually like it without the side designs... it would make the jeweled top stand out so much more. Beautiful dress! What's the occasion?

i am not sure of the overall quality but from what i have seen some of his creations are favored for pagent events. def worth researching.
