Full coverage foundation on MAC Pro

Okay i was looking at the pro products and I saw that the full coverage foundation is on there. Does this mean that I can order this from the 800 number? or is this foundation a LE?

you can order it from the 800 # its not LE It's very similar to the studio finish concealer but larger of course
