Gitane l/g sold out!

Whent to my MAC store today to get some more D'Bohemia stuff. Managed to get Coco and Deckchair pigment, Bagatelle, Oceanique and Rummy, Flash of Flesh, Beaute and Gitane LAST ONE! My usual store didn't have any left so I went to Selfridges and they haven't even had the D'Bohemian collection in stock (where promoting Star Vegas which if you ask me is so much better than D'Bohemian, the MA words not mine) so finally made my way to Harvey Nics and they had one left. Both stores had an allocation of 30 and they sold out in 2 days. So glad I went today, even tough I was late back to work as I went on my lunch break, it's such a beautifull color and I don't usually wear darker colors on my lips. My favourite item out of the D'Bohemia collection.

That and D'Bohemia eye shadow. I'm so upset.

I'm so glad I ordered one on impulse! It's coming to me soon - such an unusual colour, and one that I don't yet have in my arsenel of lipglosses, which is my main makeup item of obsession. Till I discovered MAC veluxe & veluxe pearl e/s pans.

WOW, I have all three, ::::feeling trendy:::: even though no one I know IRW even knows how important mac is, I've tried to explain... but they just don't get it, they only know mary kay, estee, and clinique as high $$ cosmetics (sad).

I love Gitane though- its gorgeous. My favorite from the d'bohemia collection, that and deckchair.

Just a note, Nordies, Macys and Gloss.com are NOTORIOUS for leaving collections up months after they sell out. If you actually try to purchase it, it wont allow it.

I once got all excited when I saw Elle lipgloss on display at a counter only to find out that they didn't have any left when I tried to buy it. :-(
