I don't remember the exact brand but you know how you can get those halloween makeup kits that have a black color and a white color? I got them from spirit halloween store. he also used a white cream makeup tube also from the halloween store. I think the package just says "Backstage makeup"
Oh and he used his fingers and the tiny brush that came with the kit. Hope that helps!
