HELP eyeshodwer being weird on my asian eyes

ok i only have a problem with one of my MAC eyeshadows, it's one of my fav. colors(hepcat) and well my eyelids are .. well i'm asian so yeah they are heavy i guess. anyways whenever i put the color on my lids within like 5 mins the color would come off but only by my lash lines. it's kinda weird but i've tried everything to get it to not come off. like eyeshadow primer and base. what else can i do?

I have Asian eyes too and instead of "creasing" on the crease like other people I get "creasing" near my lashes, because that's where my fold is lol. I find that Urban Decay Primer Potion helps tons.
