HELP Few Days Till Prom And Makeup Artist Bailed On Me

Hey!
So my prom is very soon and well I was supposed to be getting my makeup done! But my makeup artist is not returning calls, emails etc etc. So I need help BIG TIME. I know the look I want but I need help with products/placement. Products don't just have to be MAC they can be anything oh and placement would help so much. SO how do I achieve this look...

This look but instead of blue eyeshadow black. What would you use and where would you place it

It might help if you post a photo of you so that we could get a better idea of how to describe things to you and what colors, etc, would work (especially for skin recommendations).

hey there doll. There are some fantastic tutorials in the tutorial sections.... here's one that i found and it looks similar to the pic above. It's a little lighter but you can always just change what e/s you use. But the techniques are all here
