Help me for those eyes

I would appreciate any advise for make up on those eyes. There has to be a way to camouflage the little defect.

I'd use mac's bare canvas or untitled paint first then use your eyeshadows. The discoloration should be gone.

you can also use concealor to even out the discolouration.
