Hi,
I've found mehron's stage makeup the starblend cake makeup awsome for non-sweaty/shiny makeup. The description reads as:
StarBlend is fade-resistant, perspiration-resistant and non-streaking; it perfoms under every lighting situation. This unique blend provides exceptionally true colors with effortless application, blending easily for shadows, highlights and special effects. Available in over fifty colors.
I tried this on recommendation from the awsome doods here and it's the best stuff I have ever tried. My problem was oilyness after about 3 hours sometimes sooner on more humid days but this stuff works really well.
You can also get other setting powders used for stage that have antiperspirants in them which might help with extra protection.
