Hey! My Mom heard me mention I wanted some new purple e/s, so being the sweet lady she is, she picked me up the loreal hip eyeshadow duo in flamboyant. I've never used it before, so I decided to give it a try.

Here's what I used:

EYES-
Loreal Flamboyant e/s
Urban Decay Asphyxia e/s
MAC Blacktrack Fluidline
Imju Fiberwig Mascara

FACE-
MAC Studio Finish Concealer NC42
MAC Select Sheer Pressed Powder NW30
MAC Bronzing Powder in Refined Gold

LIPS-
Lipliner (not sure what color, but it's a light brownish plum shade--you just need one thats a few shades darker than your natural lip color but in the same color family)
MAC Kinda Sexy l/s
Victorias Secret Carriberry l/s
MAC Vanilla pigment

Wow, that purple looks so good on you!

I have that duo and I can't get the texture of the purple to work for me.

Well I tried it with UDPP before and for some reason it wasn't working that well so I just used my concealer as a base and it showed up really vibrant this time. I also used my MAC 239 brush so that also made a difference

I love Asphyxia; it's one of my very VERY favorite shadows....You worked it really well with the other colors.

Thank You sooo much for the lip tutorial!! I have it bookmarked and I'll definitely be trying it as soon as I have a chance. I have different lip colors, but I will try to use your method with the lippies I own. The way you explained your method, I feel you just may have helped me with one of my biggest makeup challenges. Thank You!
