Hiring process for Ulta?

I recently had a interview and I think i got the job. The manager that interviewed me basically just told me about what everyone does and what I will be doing and the dress code and how much I will be getting paid, and how many hours I will be working, she also said that its a easy job, and at the end she gave me a tour of the store. It didn't really feel like an interview, it felt like I already had the job. She said when my background check comes back good, she will call me, which is at the end of this week. I felt really good about the interview and am excited to hear from her, but my husband shifted my thoughts a little bit. He asked me if the manager said if I got the job or not, and I said no she didn't say that i was hired. Now Im a little worried. Just to ease my thoughts, what is the hiring process like for Ulta? Based on what I said, do you think I got it? Regardless, if I don't hear from her by the end of the week, I will be calling. THANKS

When employers say stuff like "when" you work here instead of "if" you work here is a pretty good indication that you got the job. You got the job. The manager just wants to make sure your not a thief or something and probably just needs to do some housekeeping things before calling you. I think you got it.
