Well I'm not a hairstylist but I have some suggestions for how to get the top like that...
You'll need two different hairsprays - a volumizing spray and a freezing spray (like Got2B Blasting Freeze)
1. Take a rectangle of hair, one right above your bangs (if you have them, or where you want the poufyness to start) and hold it straight up into the air.
2.Spray some volumizing hairspray on it.
3. Take a rat-tail comb and tease it like crazy!
4. Blast it with some freezing spray
5. Let it dry by letting it kind of "fold over" the front of your head...the hair will probably be covering your eyes and everything and you'll look goofy, but it's a good way to let it dry.
6. Take the second rectagular layer behind the first and repeat.
7. Repeat until you think you have enough hair teased - I usually stop 3-4 layers back.
8. Now your hair should be all dry. If you touch it and it still feels wet, wait until it is completely dry. When it is, gingerly flip it all back. It should look like you have a crazy beehive voluminous crown...all you need to do is smooth it out with a brush and since you teased so many layers it should all stay like that.
