How do I post pics from my Gallery?

Hey all, I'm a new person on here, and I'd like to post a FOTD, but I don't know how to post pictures from my gallery! PLEASE HELP!

Hey you might check out the Suggestions Forum about two or three selections down from the top of the index. I am working on the same problem where I cannot get things to post. Check out that post, Janice gives a good basic instruction.
