I did something MAC related and nice today

I get such good customer service from the MAC counter at Dillards. Yesterday I looked like a drowned rat and they were still very accomadating and sweet to me. So I wrote a letter to the Company

Maybe POSITIVE reinforcement will help!

That's awesome - I love it when the associates are nice - I had this one lady once who told me it was ok I didn't need to help her pick thing up when she dropped a whole bunch of papers. Being nice I did anyways, and she turned to me and said "there's a method to my madness." And walked away - I was upset by that and left, why should I buy something from them?

The positive note will definitely get through though, companies love to get those kind of things.

I always think it takes so much less effort to say good job than it does to complain. People are always quick to complain but not to compliment.
