I used
Mac Paint Stick in White (these are fab!)
Masquerade Gothic White
Bys Liquid eyeliner set with Chi Chi all night long (plus on eyebrows)
False Lashes from ebay
Maybelline Mascara XXL
Masquerade Foundation and powder
White blush
MAC Tippy Blush (very little)
Mehron Tropical Pallet (the red for the lips)
Basic red pigment
Lancome Clear gloss
