I need recs for a nude lipstick/gloss to wear with light eyemakeup ro..

It seems that nude lips typically tend to be paired with darker smokey eyes, but I'm looking for a lipstick or gloss that can work with light eye makeup during the day. I love the way Angelina Jolie pairs her nude lips with simple liquid liner and light eyeshadow. I'm a NC40 in SFF, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. My lips are on the pigmented side. Thanks!

Try High Tea - it has a little bit of a pinkish shimmer to it so it's not just blanked out nude. I think it might work for what you're looking for! Or maybe C-Thru lipglass if you want more of a shiny effect.

i have pigmented lips and i use creme of spice l/l with varneesh lacquer over that for my nude look

If you're willing to go outside of MAC, my favorite nude lipstick is NARS' Belle De Jour. It's a sheer, but that just means it's more moist than a matte. You can layer it up and it'll look just as opaque as anything else.

I have MAC's Bare Venus from (I think) last year, and I don't reach for it as often as Belle De Jour.

MAC Siss & Freckletone lipsticks are darker nudes. I really like super light beige-nudes and these were too dark for my taste so these would probably work for you! They have more color in them.
