newly minted
that would cover my fave colours:blues,greens, gold,red , pink/reds and two smooth blender shades...
those are the 'only mac makes this colour this good' (usually duochrome) shades, well i guess blanc type and carbon could be replace with other shades as they could be purchased by a cheaper / drugstore brand....

hmmm, tough one, mine would probably be:
1) llama (use this *every* day, as I hate shimmery/pearly highlight - so tacky looking (on me) - also this just magically blends everything without dulling the colour)
2)carbon (great as a liner and for a smokey eye)
3)velvet moss (as above)
4)plumage (as above)
5)espresso (as above)
6)coquette (I wear this most days for a natural look to work, also great as a wash under more intense colours as a base)
7)waternymph (fantastic bright pop of colour, the texture is a dream)
8 )woodwinked (love layering this over coquette to add a bit of dimension to a natural eye look)
9)chrome yellow (this yellow=love)
10)bitter (goes great with chrome yellow - love putting this in the inner part of my eye with it and black liner)
11)amber lights (goes great with woodwinked and firespot too)
12)guacamole (my fav e/s - nough said)
13)innuendo (can be worn as a neutral look, and yet isnt - love this colour)
14)satin taupe (works well with like...everything!)
15)moonflower (love to ring my eyes all the way round with this (using the 219 pencil brush) its the only mid-blue that actually looks modern IMHO - plus it doesnt turn my blue eyes grey unlike other blues)

i'd also consider swapping out parfait amour for either stars n rockets or satellite dreams.
it would also be nice to fit in club somewhere (or too faced label whore at any rate), but i'm not sure what i'd replace to be able to use that one, so it stays out.
