I was going to say that there probably isn't enough information to tell from that photograph but I've now determined it's fake. You were right about the box being off. I'll do a report shortly. Thanks for alerting me.
You shouldn't really use the starting price of an auction to determine whether an item is fake. The starting price in an auction and the ending price are two totally different things. It will end a lot higher than £0.99 whether it's fake or genuine. Wait and see. There have been a lot of fake pigments being sold recently - from other countries just as from the UK. It's probably safer not to bid on any pigments on eBay at the moment if their authenticity can't be determined for certain. The rule is "if in doubt, don't bid".
