Lipstick/gloss recommendations

I was wondering if anyone could help me with any recommendations for colours for my lips. I am looking for more neutral/natural colours and maybe one or two colours to wear at night. If anyone could help that would be great. I attached the only picture I really have of myself because I don't like photos.
