Just came across a color chart for a color story called Lovechild,and wondered if anyone might know of this lipliner?

you can get that lipliner quite easily (and REALLY cheap) on Ebay.. they usually go for about 5 bucks.

Slightly Off is a purplish-mauve lip liner -- reminds me a lot of Nico lipglass. I have one, but I often use a liptone pencil like Dervish instead.
