when you do a mac chat, are you talking to a real live person or just to a computer bot that is programmed with mac info?

I love MAC chats for quick questions right before heading out to the store. but I felt weird saying emotional things like "thats fabulous, I'm so excited to try ___ now!" because I always wondered if I was talking to a computer.

now that I know its a person, I guess it will be more fun for me
