MAC Cosmo/half n Half RECS please!!

hi all...
ive been lemming for the MAC lippie "cosmo" for a while...when i tried it at da store, it really looked kind of garish...too orangey on me...and i hateee orange lip colour.
I was expecting it to be a medium, natural rosy shade,which it actually does become after a few hours on my lips...leaves an awesome stain...but when i put it on,its an entirely different story...its bright!!
im NC 35, pale undertones.
Also, ive been eyeing "half n half"...but i think that might wash me out...i have "modesty too"...do u think i still need "half n half"??
Pale colours, without liners, tend to wash me out sometimes...like blankety is a nightmare on me!!!
Really need ur advice girls...help!!

I'm NC 37-40, and I really love Cosmo. Maybe you should use a lipglass with it (I pair it it VGV V or Lust) or blot it with tissue.

If it's too high maintenance for you, try Twig. I've found it to be rosier than Cosmo, though a bit darker.

I'll dive through my stash again for other recs!

Cosmo is my first MAC lippie. But even dough I have super white teeth, with Cosmo they look gray, so I do not use it any more
