Mac mail order

So,I email customer care to see whether there actually is a retailer in my country, and I was recommended to do a mail order, since mac's website do not ship to my country (malta), and there's no mac store around.

Can anyone please tell me what does it involves? I mean, can I just buy items from collections as if I were shopping online? but through phone? The assistant just told me to contact them, no more info. But efore I do, I'd be happy to know more

Where i am we dont have a MAC store either, MAC.co.uk will post to me, but i have phone up and one a mail order before basically you should be able to order anything which is online, most likely MAC.com and several but not all items from MACPRO.com. Just phone them up with your order, i needed to pay postage with mine, got told because it wasnt online i couldnt get the free postage so be prepared to pay postage. Hope this helps
