Mac price increase 2011?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section(feel free to move or delete). I tried to find an answer to this but couldn't so here it goes. I've been lurking the MAC site for a couple of days now trying to decide on what to buy and I just noticed that all the prices seem to have been raised. I'm almost 100% sure that the 266 brush went for $17.50, now that I look it's $23.50. I know that MAC raise their prices from time to time, but that is more than a 25% increase! Eyeshadows also went up to $17.50 for pots, $13 for pans.
So I just wondered if anyone had any information about this increase. This seriously cuts down on my shopping ;_;

The prices haven't gone up. Those are the regular prices on the CANADIAN site.

.com is the american and canadian website, you have to go to country chooser at the bottom of the page and change your country to the USA
