omfg a 25% increase I've been checking both ca. and USA there the same prices why have they increased i cant afford a $17 lipstick !

Maybe the Canadian MAC site? Lipsticks here are $17.50.

It sounds like you've got the website set to canadian pricing...go to the bottom corner and select country chooser and make sure you're on the right website.
