MAC's Mineralize Foundation/lose for NC40

NC40 feels a bit too light for my skin but the next shade is WAY TOO DARK...which one do you girls recommend for me?

i need a shade thats just a bit darker than NC40

i was thinking one of the medium shades but im not sure which one
