I interviewed with Macy's and they offered me a job as a beauty advisor for estee lauder, and they had me fill out paperwork and asked me to go to orientation, and start training, but I still have to interview with talent plus?
What does this mean? What was the point of filling out all that paperwork, if I don't pass the talent plus test?
