Make Me Over

Hey Ladies and Gents. I am fairly new to MAC and even newer to Specktra. Here is a pic of me, blank slate. Please make me over and hook a lady up with rec's on eyeshadows and lippies! I am trying to build my little collection of MAC up and could use a little direction and advice. I am really drawn to pinks but would like to get a little out of the comfort zone.

Well i think u could rock anything u hav great features(spell check) ha but i always say start with the face get ur self a good foundation and a good concelor, i think brushes make a huge different how it applys and then the fun starts. From the pic it looks like u hav brown eyes so i think purples r great i always feel like it complimants my brown eyes. U hav big pretty eyes so u can do black liner and a light shadow (i like shroom) and a pretty glossy lip mayb prrr(since u lik pinks) or 4 night switch it up 2 a dark lip i like pop mode, viva glam is hot my fav is red lips brick lipliner with some clear gloss girl makeup is endless hav fun.

I know it is endless....but so fun

. I haven't picked up a foundation yet and have just been using a MSF (medium plus) on my face. I never really thought of purples but I am going to check them out =)

Hi, from the picture you seem to be warm-complexioned. I think you would look lovely in these lipsticks - Brick-o-la, cosmo, dubonnet.
Eyeshadows- are your eyelids much darker than the rest of your face - see if you can get your MAC MA to suggest shades that will brighten your eyes. Like ricepaper or amber lights.
Blushes - peachykeen, gingerly....

Thanks! I have an Amberlights e/s coming to me! And yes my eyelids are darker than the rest of my face. Sometimes I think it makes me look sickly.

Girl thats were concelor comes in. After that i lik 2 use bare canves paint i feel like it covers my eye darkness even more and it's a good base 4 my shadows it's a good one 4 warm skins like us.

You could probably try a lot of the pinks that just came out with HK and the BBR collection. Personally, I love BBR's lipsticks, especially B-Babe.
