Missing sticker on bottom of pigment jar...fake?

so I was looking through my makeup and found a Tan pigment I bought a long time ago on eBay when I was a newbie and saw it didn't have a sticker on the bottom jar. I can't remember who I bought it from, but I always bought from sellers with 99%-100% feedback so when I opened it, I saw it didn't have sticker but didn't think much about it. I've included pictures if it helps. TIA.

Real? Fake? TIA. I don't want to put anything unsafe near my eyes

It looks alright. I had a fake Tan here 2 days ago and the lid was all chipped and scratched around the edge. The lid was shiny and ahd a cheap feeling to it - liek screwing it onto a cheap plastic jar there was no catch to the thread. heres a swatch I did of the fake -
