MSF or Studio Fix (Powders)

Hi. I like a matte finishing powder but one that is not cakey. Have the pretty common oily T zone! I tried Blot but did not really like it. I have been using Studio fix in C3 and it looks great for a few hours but not sure if it is makeing me more oily or not. Have also used Stila's pressed powder (like) and Benefit's Get Even (Like) but nothing I love yet. I would like to try MSF but would that fit what I am looking for?

On me, MSF Natural looks a bit unnatural. :/ I used Select Sheer Pressed Powder for touch up. I love it. Oh, and I hear ya on Blot. I loathe that stuff. And yes, it's possible that Studio Fix is making you more oily as it contains mineral oil. And with you being C3 I am not sure if you could get a color match in MSF Natural. I am NW 15 and light is too dark for me. Hope that helps.

Sounds similar to me when I was purchasing these items, I was debating between the two. The MA suggested the MSF for me and I've been liking it. It is pretty sheer though...the only reason I personally stay away from studio fix is that it's too heavy and powders always look cakey on me (I have combination skin too).

If you like too face, I also use the translucent face powder for setting foundation and it is amaaaaazing, it's my favorite even over the MSF. It has vitamins and good stuff in it for your skin too so that's a plus, and it's never cakey!

Thank You Very Much. I did buy MSF today and just like you said it is a bit lighter then Studio Fix but I did think it looked good. Might check out 2 faced too! Think Ulta sells that.
