then i gave my mum Primique from the Lustre collection for £5 and its a Back 2 Mac too

However that eyeshadow isn't real MAC. Did you get it on Ebay? Theres a lot of counterfit MAC (esp. eyeshadows) on Ebay.

Thats not a real mac eye shadow its a fake. The fakes have a mirror and applicator. Also Prismique isn't that color.

oh =( yeah i got it on ebay. what about the boxes and the labels on the back? the label on the back is detailed like my other Mac shadows

It's just something sellers put there to fool you. Mac hasn't made any (single) eyeshadows that flip open to reveal a mirror and sponge-tip applicator.

Did that seller also sell the eyeshadow used or did you swatch it? If she sold it used then that's against Ebay policies and you should definitely file a complaint for it being counterfeit and used.

my mum used it, it arrived clean. i got a reply and she said she didnt know it was fake as she bought it from someone else on ebay and they said it was 100% genuine

Mom loves the eyeshadow, i'm just not telling her that its a fake. I gave the seller advice on how to spot fakes and she said that in the future she'll check the counters first before purchasing and that she didnt know that MAC didnt do e/s with mirrors
