thanks for the great comments!!!
i used my angle brush to draw to the outline of the wing and then filled it in using both the angle brush & a pencil brush. when i was done i went over it with blacktrack using my eyeliner brush #210.

on my lips i just used "Phos-phorelle" lipglass.
