Nasty Dry Scalp...

Okay... my head is really dry, itchy, and bad dandraff (however you spell it), whats a head/ hair moisuriser I can use that's available in Australia thats' not a condition or a really really moisturising conditioner thats going to help my head?
Are anti dandraff shampoo & conditioners really the best and do they actually work?
My head/hair is only going to get dryer being Summer in Australia

Try selsun blue medicated dandruff shampoo ( think I spelled that right) or any kind of medicated dandruff shampoo. If that doesn,t work go to the doctor and she/he can give you something stronger.
