So I was offered a position (making less than I am now but whatev) and they gave me the choice of skincare or color. Can anyone tell me the major differences between these? Like if I work in color am I expected to do makeovers or is it more or less just a selling position? I love both departments equally but I told them skincare because I absolutely hate doing full makeovers. Has anyone worked in these departments?
