Needs help with complementary colors for....

sushi flower
tilt
beautiful iris

i made my first quad palette this weekend..yey!...but realized that i dont have colors that go well with them

..can you please recommend color combinations...im planning on going back next weekend to get colors that will work well with them but i dont want to take a long time thinking of what i should get..haha..it took me i think almost 30 minutes to choose just bitter,sushi flower,tilt, and beautiful iris..lol im very indecisive

ops: and dont want take that long next time i go back.

heres the colors that i already have
swish
meadowland
beauty marked
sweet tea palette- buttersilk,sweet lust, green tea, redcoco
holiday palette in crystal- retrospeck,romp,pink freeze,hepcat,brill,humid

as you can see i dont have a lot of colors to work with..im trying to build my collection up slowly.

Bitter with Sprout
Beautifull Iris with Plum and Leisuretime
No idea on Tilt
Shroom works well as an highlighter so that's worth getting too as is Vanilla pigment.

Why don't you go down to a craft store and grab a color wheel. That way you can see which actual colors and shades compliment each other, and when you go down to a MAC store, you will already know the color families you want, and you can just spend the time on formulations and the precise shade.

Tilt with Contrast, i use that combo all the time!

- Swish (inner) + Sushi Flower (outer) or Hepcat (outer)
- Beautiful Iris (lid) + Meadowland (crease)
- Brill (inner) + Meadowland (outer/crease)
- Retrospeck (lid) + Romp (outer/crease)

New, complementary colours
- definitely Contrast or Deep Truth (outer) with Tilt (inner)
- Cranberry (outer/crease) or Paradisco (outer) with Swish (inner)
- Greensmoke (outer/liner) with Bitter (lid)
- Gorgeous Gold (inner) with Meadowland (outer)
- Lucky Green (if you can still find it!) with Humid

i couldnt wait till next weekend to get them...so i ordered gorgeous gold, contrast, greensmoke, luckygreen, and belle azure online..oh and a lipgelee in jellybabe...i cant wait to see them!!!
