I have been interested in Make-up for a while now, but it was only two weeks ago that I bought my first little bit of stuff at MAC. The woman told me to wait for the Holiday Brush sets, because they would save me money, and they were the same quality.
Well last Thursday I went into MAC, and was buying them. The manager came up, introduced himself, and I talked with him for a few minutes. Well he asked me to put in a job application for their seasonal associates...
So I fill one out there on the spot, and he asks me when I can come in for an interview. I told him tomorrow, and he said that would be great. I am leaving for my interview, he calls and tells me he has had 2 artists call in sick... We move it up 2 hours and then he tells me to dress in all black. I am an hour from my house, so I run to the Target, and put together a cute little all black outfit.
So I get to the interview, and I Have my accomplishments, transscripts, certifications, and everything to show the manager. Well when I get there, I'm actually doing makeup. So I spend the next two hours following different artists around, listening to them, helping them with their applications... etc etc...
The manager pulls me aside, tells me to come back Monday to fill out the paperwork. I got the Job, and Iam excited. He said he wants to work with me on my skills, and the other artists will help. They would like to me to come on board part time after the holiday season. I am excited, could yall please give me the links to like places that have good descriptions of the products, basic eye shadow tutorials, anything else to help me become fimiliar with this brand. I would love it....
